The consequences of this mentioned in the Wisdom contract included delaying the build and legal claims for damages. This clause was deemed unfair by the ACCC and was removed voluntarily by Wisdom at their request in June 2018. Another reason I believe could be that those customers who have recently built, or are currently building with Wisdom may be somewhat apprehensive about making any negative comments on social media forums in case this may affect their relationships and ongoing build or warranty rectifications. Anyway it’s good to see such a positive outcome for Ria.Wisdom must be doing some things well.
