I only noticed one minor thing when having a quick look over, relates to your 1020 CSDs. We have a few 920's in our build and based on what I have seen and also what our builder advised I would consider upgrading these doors to higher spec. With standard Corinthian/Hume base level CSDs and internal doors they will tend to warp at that size. Our 920s are slightly bowed, but the 820s aren't too bad. If I had my time again I would have gone with a higher spec/heavier duty CSD setup for these larger versions at least. Also thought I would let you know you can also choose between 'flush-to-jamb' (entire door disappears into cavity) or 'flush-pull' (50-60mm of door will protrude from cavity). We upgraded a few of ours to flush-jamb where we wanted to maximise the opening width. Otherwise you essentially lose 60mm in the opening. With CSDs in general they are a particular weak point for air leakage in your building envelope. If you can 'suck up' to your plasterers, see if they wouldn't mind putting some silicon beading against the top plates at least when they hang the walls. I did this later on, by going into the roof space and applying silicon over the top plates<>plaster join. You would be amazed how much air can leak through those CSDs. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Check our Homeone build blog here The Dulux colour consultants are awesome.
