So far we have signed off to say no more structural changes and have our first appointment with the design studio coming up
Our land size is narrow, 10m with a depth of 33m
Do you guys have any advice on the below:
- Choosing a Colour bond roof or concrete tile roof (we do like the profile of the Monier Atura tiles which is included as an option) We want to home to look very modern and are rendering the exterior of the home to suite
- We have been told that we can get a 3rd party to do the flooring and this cost can be added onto the construction loan with the bank, is this correct?
- We have a provision of 30 downlights and extra power points for $5k, I was thinking of doing the downlights with a 3rd party to save $. Would this be recommended?
- Is there any other things you can suggest to add to the home to make it feel more modern i.e. freestanding bathtub, 40mm kitchen benchtop, square set ceiling.
