I would say the dented frames at a minimum should all be replaced That’s what we would expect, but I’m betting the builder is not planning on doing that. Ironically, we only realised yesterday that two sets of 5m wide glass sliding doors have been fitted in the wrong rooms. To meet the 6 star energy assessment we had to have smart low e-glass fitted to our family room sliding doors, costing us an additional $1,100. Now we discover that those door were fitted to our dining / alfresco area by mistake. So yet another stuff up by the window installers. Can’t wait to see what the builders response to this is.
