Would like advice on Building Occupancy and Legal Point of Discharge for stormwater drainage.
As part of the Building Permit and Building Occupancy certificate, does the Building Surveyor (BS) have to sight that the stormwater drainage is connected to the LPOD at final inspection?
According to the Occupancy certificate, the final inspection was 30/05/2012 and Occupancy certificate issued on 29/06/2012. I have recently been given further copies of documents related to the building of my home. There was a design change in stormwater drainage on 05/06/2012 and this was not signed by the BS. The plumbers compliance certificate is dated 17/06/2019 completing work on the property.
