This also requires you to leave > 75mm of your slab edge exposed from things like landscaping to maintain the visual barrier.
I encourage you to quiz them on this as my information may be outdated. Majority of builders prefer to use a physical or chemical barrier such as Termimesh or Kordon respectively as well as a visual barrier.
