I am a disappointed owner building with Wisdom home. From the slab stage to now before PCI I am having hard time with them. My CS wasn’t helpful either. They are very slow in the process. Is that normal that they cannot give us a tentative date for PCI? Whereas my contract is 30 weeks? Apron How long the delay would’ve be? My CS and SS never answered my emails on this. Before locked up my husband and I went few times in my property and trying to find the progress and if there is any issue to detect? As my SS wasn’t updating us weekly what he meant to be. There is one point he told us we are not allow to make any walkthrough before PCI? Is that normal? There were few issues i raised with my CS wasn’t even bothered to answer. I am really frustrated. I know this is hard for us to put all our trust in someone but the only thing that still allow us to do that is time to time update and communication which was missing. But now all good.
