I can’t help on a builder but can relate to thoughts of selling your block. We too had a block with sensational views, nearly sold it several times but it always came back to the views and how we would regret giving them up to someone else. Just had to get the right plan with a good builder at an ok price. Finally did and thank goodness, sends shivers down our spines now thinking we almost sold and wouldn’t have what we have now.
So basically I’m saying do not sell, keep searching for a builder, you’ll be glad one day when your house is built and you’re admiring those views with a setting sunset and a glass of wine in your hand. Good luck!

I don't know the builder of the pole house on the Great Ocean Road in Victoria, but the views are stunning!
Apparently you can rent it now also, as a holiday house!
