At the end u need to choose your battles. Trades people get annoyed when client tries to tell them on how to do things. If u annoyed them too much, down the track even reasonable items they would refuse. Which seems to be your case. 3rd incident - why he bothers to cut it by hand himself is beyond me. My concreter just sub contract it to another guy who specialises in doing such job. And he just included it in his quote accordingly. I'm assuming you're paying some decent coin for all these items, you would think the trades would have all the correct tools to begin with, quite disappointing. Not having a good run brother, hopefully it'll all turn out fine in the the end and you can put it all behind you and start enjoying the house.
