We weren’t planning to put a sealed driveway in till later so not in build contract. The builder tore up the driveway with machinery and with the rain has made it muddy and makes it hard for his trades to access when wet. Who would be responsible if trades are delayed? Am I responsible to fix? Nothing in your tender/contract about it being provided? Works out about the same from the quotes I’ve got.
