We just bought the property initially thinking to renovate it but the cost has added up quite quickly In terms of rewiring for the house - I have had two electricians going through to look at the house and the wiring is original wiring so they say the whole house needs to be rewired including the connection to the pole on the street. I will be getting more quotes but that's what I have got so far Cladding - I'm thinking whether or not to do cladding for the whole house. If we are removing the asbestos for the whole house then we will need cladding done on the front house as well On cladding - Is there any pressing reason why you want to remove all the asbestos. Why I ask is that, in and of itself asbestos does not harm anyone, only when airborne and we breathe in its terrible. Removal is expensive, then fitting something where they used to be is the second cost, and I'm thinking if this exercise is needed at all?
