Does anyone know any tools or website that could help first home buyers do following:
1) Keep track of Cost
2) Allow to make a list of inclusions with cost and adjust the amount?
3) Helps keep track of appointments with Builders
4) Has a good knowledge base about Inclusion/Upgrades - what's good and what's not
5) May be help upload receipts/docs from builders in a centralized space
in short, anything that's useful for the first home buyer journey.
I am not looking for any forums or community, it's more for personal use.

Google docs -
Google sheets - I’ve used sheets to keep track of every item and cost and what’s been paid and what hasn’t and when it was paid with receipt numbers.
Google calendar for time and date tracking.

IMO, Wrong Market, Builders don't like sharing their data with First home owners nor do they negotiate.
OTOH I use 3D BIM -> Google Docs-> Python/automation ->Internet data/proofs and pricing
OT The above only works when the owner takes greater control of their projects and Builders/Trades-persons are reasonable.

Maybe buy a small second hand caravan, so you can live on the block, so at least you have a virtual "mini house" while you work on getting the "real one" started? At least…
