EPS cladding has been installed to 2nd storey this week, so I am sure the lockup invoice is not far away. Staircase is going in this week, which I can't wait to see.
The only issue that has not been resolved yet is a damaged hose at the rear of the house. It sprays water out along the slab every time the mains are turned on. Unfortunately, this means for the past 2 weeks I have been driving past the site every night after work, or afternoon after school pick up, to ensure mains are turned off by trades at end of day. Getting worried about any damage under slab if this continues. Although it is only a spray, but have been waiting 2 weeks to get it fixed.... We head overseas in about 10 days, so really want it fixed before then.
Hi Shokel,
I noticed that you had EPS cladding installed, can I ask what brand/type was used? Did you also have batt insulation in the upstairs walls? Or just relying on the EPS for R-rating?
Cheers, Rex
