I am assuming the black stuff to the right there (under the bottom plates) is a DPC? Reason I ask is our builder didn't install anything under the external wall bottom plates, and my logic now would be to add something there to totally avoid any possibility of moisture making its way up from the concrete to the timber framing. Anyhow progress and quality looking good.
