I would be asking the builder to make sure those heating/cooling ducts are all “strung up” from the roof battens to they don’t actually on the ceiling. If they don’t do this your ceiling insulation won’t be as effective. You should be aiming for at least 300mm clearance I think from ceiling to those ducts. We had the appointment with the interior designer today and all colours have been chosen,plumber ran all water and gas,pest control has been and ran his lines,and our bricks arrived! Pgh moondust.
