I want ask some advise.
A couple of months back we pulled out the carpet and installed laminate flooring.
With the recent rains in Perth I found the one of our windows had a leak and some water got in part of the underlay.
So I pulled off the laminate and removed the wet underlay to dry and I noticed that the off cuts touching a brick wall has green/blueish mold on it. It is not just where the underlay got wet but only where the off cuts touches the exposed bricks.
Any advise on to stop the mold? Would sealing it with beeswax help?
