Are there other spots visible? More info required It's always a good idea as an owner OB builder to understand your engineering Drawings/Details and Notes. Always inspect structural components, Take photos, keep records,ask questions, etc. Make sure you aren't taken advantage of by being an OB novice I would recommend that you check all Building Tolerances from here on as well Checking Wall and Floor Building Tolerances put the following trades on notice hth Designer,Engineer (Civil,Const & Envir),Builder,Concrete & Masonry Contract.Struct Repairs The concreter will take and reuse.
