Reason I ask is we are going to lay vinyl planks but understand they do scratch and I wondered if this might be an issue when installing the dishwasher or dragging the fridge in and out when cleaning behind it. In our last house we had problems with our dishwasher leaking so had to pull it out several times before finally buying a new one. So a bit unsure whether to put vinyl planks under it or not.
