We have a pool as part of our build and i am having to consider the order and costs of the following things. 1. Pool fencing 2. Concreting 3. Retaining walls, is this mandatory to be completed before IOC is issued? 4. Boundary fencing I'd appreciate your thoughts and clarity/experience around this topic. None of those are required except pool fencing. During interim, I can get concreting, retaining walls, boundary fencing sorted and implement landscape for full OC. I would recommend concreting first if you have a choice, shortly followed or at the same time as retaining walls.
