They just don’t what to spend the money to fix it & with this one it’s going to cost them a new bench top. The first thing is the oven, was this the one they showed you at selections? Or did you upgrade to the stand alone? What they have in the drawings is a built in oven & cooktop not a stand alone oven & cooktop that’s why there is a height difference. The sink, the stone gays have cut the hole for the sink just a little bit to big 1-2mm that’s why you can see that lip.
