It feels good to finally know my actual address rather than a mysterious lot number haha So just confirming - that we won't get in "trouble" for not following design guidelines? I know that we lose the $1,000 but we don't want to face any other kind of "proceedings", or headaches if we do decide to deviate from the guidelines. Oops just saw your updated post! I got notified yesterday as well that my lot is now registered and settlement in 14 days. Do you guys also have June 13 as the settlement date? Yep 13th of June also.
