I will try to get the pile installation logs from C but so far couldn't get hold of the SS. Re: Our first home build Sorrento 39 with Carlisle homes 14May 15, 2019 9:44 pm Today went to see the construction site to see some screw pile action but it was already done and gone when I arrived. They must have done really quick or start very early considering amount of piles have to screw in to the ground! From borehole logs from soil test report, one borehole data reports natural sand start around 1m mark. Other four boreholes data reports 30cm to 50cm deep from surface. All record same SWL and Nm. Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Re: Our first home build Sorrento 39 with Carlisle homes 19May 17, 2019 6:24 pm Macher Looks like we are in sync. Mark Armstrong BSc (Eng) MIEAust CPEng Development Manager http://www.katanafoundations.com.au http://www.polyvoid.com.au http://www.biax.com.au So it looks like we finally have some movement on site! Definitely later than expected, but I'll take any progress at this point. I'll drop by over the weekend to get… 5 27739 We were lucky in that our old house was so small (86 square metres) compared to the new house, they were able to take enough readings around the old backyard house before… 8 37160 Carlisle use to sneak a water resistant "Performance Solution" into their contracts.
