It feels like a bit of wasted money considering if people just did the right thing, we wouldn't have to fork out $$$$. I own a 7000sqm lot in Schofields and as its on a very busy road I didn't bother fencing it. I kid you not, last year a neighbour convinced a major govt department who were doing road works nearby to build them a motor cross track on my site, complete with jumps and berms. It was an awesome design! anyway, as there was no soil classification ( ie we had no idea if the soil was contaminated) they had to remove it! anyway, the site is now fenced LOL! I ride. So I know a good track when I see one. I cannot imagine the battle I would have in my head. Amusement at the track and rage at the fact that it's on my land.
