With rest of the Bank, it came 30 to 40k less which is not good which I have to just consider NAB for loan options which is offering higher loan interest rate. My agent is getting it evaluated by Bankwest as well. I will update once that is done. A friend of mine has it negatively assessed by Bankwest - the valuer was Opteon.
