Newbie here, interested to know which builder or builders to look at for new single level low set home in Brisbane.
Budget around 220K max, looking for 4 bed and 2 bath. Is this possible and which builder to look at.
I looked at Dixon homes, prices appear to cheaper infact they claim to build 4 bed and 2 bath within 175k. Any experience and what others builders to consider.

I'm also considering Dixon. I went in a few weeks ago to have a chat with a consultant. What I liked about him was he laid out risks and costs clearly to me, it didn't feel like he was trying to hide everything from me like some of the others.

Have a look at Hallmark, they have affordable houses and best of all, fixed price contracts.
We looked at Dixon then found Hallmark. The consultant Cass at the North Lakes office has really looked after us and has adjusted the plans to suit our budget. Best thing was the fixed price contract and they are not pushy.
