Extend and rebuild may be the only option for us now... All the way long around 5-month research on the new house...now everything goes back to the start point... but that is ok.... the house we are living is still in great condition, built by steel and concrete near the end second world war ( just after Jap bombed Darwin) which makes it looks like a military basement...but it is still a good building...
