Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Feb 11, 2019 10:36 pm Hello members: I have visited the Brentwood forest estate a few times and Spring mountains estate, both these place looks pretty nice. I've made the down payment and almost booked/purchased a lot in Brentwood estate. I would be commuting to the CBD for work and in late 30's, partner is based out in Vic and will be moving here in an year or two, so until then can expect form interstate commute/visits. I've mixed feelings on buying in Spring mountains or in the Brentwood forest estate. Any suggestions on which place is better in terms of schools, community, general safety etc? I'd appreciate any thoughts/experience and feedback on the estates if anyone is already been living here for a while. Any pros and cons to consider while commuting to CBD area and how long does it take in the train? Also are there any advantages of buying in Spring mountains vs Brentwood estate? I'd also notice that connecting roads it a bit narrow until Goodna/Ipswitch moterway then bit ok after that. Appreciate any suggestions. I’m sorting out my finance at the moment. But I’m worry about bank valuation of my lot and house. Is there anyone living in this estate Who can comment on bank valuation of off the plan properties in this estate?
