Hi there, We received handover of our house on 3rd May. Post that we completed flooring through our own trades, and moved into the house last weekend. We are ticking off pending items one by one: installation of TV antenna, pendant lights, wardrobes, washing machine, fencing etc. NBN connection due next week. Excluding minor paint blemishes, so far the only issue we have found is a missing switch for one external light which is not a biggie. BBH will arrange an end of 90 day maintenance, so will sort it out then. A couple of external tiles had cracked as a result of driveway pour which BBH will sort out soon. Overall extremely happy with the end result. Any advice on how to ensure the kit home granny flat that im thinking of buying will get council approval.
