I have actually requested for a minor change in the plan but was not allowed. I was told that any structural changes are no longer allowed in production. Dealing with Sales Team was great and they have accepted as many changes as I required until I went to the admin stage. It would be nice if they can allow those changes prior to selections, but anyway too late now. Re: Burbank review and time to build - vic 10Mar 19, 2019 5:40 pm Klogwog But then my daughter is building in a new estate and every body is complaining about their builder Metricon and Simonds are the major builders on Philip island Our first home was built by Simonds and we never had any issues with them. The quality and customer service were superb. We were actually considering them for our next build but we found with Burbank the house design that we love and meets our budget as well. How is the work quality of Burbank with your daughter's home so far?
