If 6 months, I’m glad I went CDC, with some minor compromises such as: i. Increase balcony size from 20m2 (unsure if DA would have approved this anyway) as compliance to DCP and Developer guideline still need to be adhered to. ii. Garage width (would have liked to add 1/2 to 1 garage for storage) but this would have cost ~$13,500 and need approval. iii. Had to add some voids to keep within the max floor space. My land was also registered in Nov 2017 so it was ready to go. We are at Bricking stage now and coping the rain these past few days. But I aim to be in around September.
