Hi,
I’m looking to get a Vergola installed over my outdoor kitchen area. Not that big a apace - 4.5 x 2m but big price!
Looking for recent feedback or comparisons from owners to determine if it’s worth pursuing.
Thanks

We're very happy with it and feel it has added to our house. https://pbs.twimg.com/media/BqSzJ2bCcAE1vkV.jpg:large Also - a much cheaper price. Re: Recent Vergola Reviews? 3Mar 01, 2019 1:44 am I do have an opening roof. I went with a different company because I wanted a company that arranged all the drawings for the town planning permit. Vergola were very competitive in their quoting though. I have a new house so aluminium posts etc blend in with my sliding doors and house. Mine is 5.5x4m The motor is much of what you pay for. There are some differences in the motors across systems. So some were considerably more expensive than Vergola. Are you wanting it mainly for a little shade? Or full weather protection? For just 2 meters wide a motorised awning may give you what you are wanting unless you wish for the area to be weather protected at all times and to reduce radiant heat. ie do you expect to have the roof closed most of the time and open only when you wish to add light into the house, or open most of the time when you are indoors and closed only when you want to sit outside in the sun or rain? There were some really nice awning systems at the homeshow 2 years ago. I do like my opening roof... but yes it was expensive.
