Tiles are expensive and quite frankly not quite what I was expecting. If the glue underneath does not cover the whole of the under tile and sounds 'tinny' yes they crack. We had to have some replaced. We had a stool actually fall on one it really cracked like it was hollow underneath tbh I’ll just get fair trading out for an inspection if they say no then that all we can do but I will at least go that far I know we haven’t caused the chips as they are everywhere in different spots and grout missing You should check your detail drawings, it may show downpipe within brick pier. 14 14099 Ask the council if there is a chance of getting build over easement exemption.
