Browse Forums Building A New House Re: Building in Crystal Waters, North Kellyville 124Feb 13, 2019 1:45 pm I know, I am not a big fan of royal commissions but I strongly feel that there needs to be some sort of investigation into the house building sector. There are so many unscrupulous builders and trades ripping people off and building substandard work. the best i can do is warn others not to make the same mistake I did Simeon McGovern Affordable Custom Homes, We design and build to your budget Ashington Homes www.ashingtonhomes.com.au Re: Building in Crystal Waters, North Kellyville 125Feb 15, 2019 7:17 pm Hi there, For those already purchased in crystal waters, could you please clarify what the costs are per quarter or if per annum? is ongoing for the duration of you residing in the estate? I understand there are some fees involved for living on the crystal waters community to cover re-tarring the roads and maintaining gardens etc. would anyone be able to let me know what costs might be asked and if this is ongoing. Thanks in advance Re: Building in Crystal Waters, North Kellyville 127Feb 20, 2019 7:52 pm Dee_0301 Hi there, I wasn’t sure if my earlier post made sense. Thanks in advance Hi Dee, It’s a quarterly cost of about $250 give or take as each block is slightly different and it’s ongoing. If memory serves correctly it covers the vegetation management, street lights, Insurance’s for the overall site and general maintenance such as roads and other things of that nature oh and also the strata management costs. Hope this helps Re: Building in Crystal Waters, North Kellyville 128May 08, 2019 11:35 am Hi All, Can anyone let me know if there are gas pipes running through the development yet.
