If it's just a corrugated iron tank you can just cut it up with an angle grinder into manageable size. If it's been lined with concrete you'd have to cut off the tin external then break up the concrete. Once that's all done remove the base and piers. It's an easy job. How's access? If it's concrete lined you'll need a skip to chuck all the rubble into. That will need to be barrowed out.
