It would take the drafty a couple of minutes to change the drawing. I know my drafty made any minor changes for no charge. Have you asked him to make the couple of small changes to the plan and elevation. He may be quite happy to do it for you. Always paid for those changes as I wanted those. I should of paid more attention to that at the start. But yeah I feel like this is his mistake and he should fix it up and pay for any amendment fees to council. As when we submitted the endorsed plans I assumed that was done and dusted.
