If the archi can’t design a house to be compliant then welll what’s the point. If he did it right in the first place we wouldn’t have to. The BS just wants an email from council saying it’s an acceptable change. The council want a secondary amendment so it’s on record Re: Should draftsman pay for amendment? 7Jan 27, 2019 6:07 pm It's only a minor change. It would take the drafty a couple of minutes to change the drawing. I know my drafty made any minor changes for no charge. Have you asked him to make the couple of small changes to the plan and elevation. He may be quite happy to do it for you. Always paid for those changes as I wanted those. I should of paid more attention to that at the start. But yeah I feel like this is his mistake and he should fix it up and pay for any amendment fees to council. As when we submitted the endorsed plans I assumed that was done and dusted. Hi Mofflepop, I would recommend finding a building designer to prepare plans, they should design to your specified budget. The benefit is you can tender the project out… 9 20354 i imagine you also have another contract with an architect? and yeah, whatever other's said about special conditions and appendices 16 15980 hey there! 😊 so, it’s kinda common for standard drawer depths to be around 500mm since most cabinets use this size to fit the usual runners… 3 20890 |
