Site Demo used "Greenfield Certifers". I would suggest as soon as you have locked down your demolition company, apply for your certificate. Site Demo helped me to navigate through all that - sent to form to me, reviewed & corrected the form etc. My bad actually, just checked again and the certificate requires minimum 14 days and for us it took in total 4 weeks. Will share the experience, we also have a "demolition sale" this weekend - a bit like the Pawn Show Re: Sydney Demolition Companies - Any Recommendations? 18Jan 30, 2019 9:50 am aadnil We sold a lot of stuff before we demolished - I thought it would be too much hassle, but my wife was keen, and we ended up making quite a few thousand dollars. Sold many windows, doors, sliding door unit, solar panels, pool pump, shower screens, water heater, gas heating, even plants and trees from the garden. Some of it was really old and decrepit but people still bought it, someone even bought the whole crappy old kitchen and spent the day removing it. Basically just took photos of the main items and listed on gumtree + ebay, and said bring your own tools to remove. Once people were on site they made offers for other things, a bit like that show American Pickers! This went on for about a month I wasn't onsite but a lot of the time just said go in and help yourself Re: Sydney Demolition Companies - Any Recommendations? 19Jan 30, 2019 10:04 am brokenstick aadnil We sold a lot of stuff before we demolished - I thought it would be too much hassle, but my wife was keen, and we ended up making quite a few thousand dollars.
