Re: Building with Wisdom Homes 13937Jan 19, 2019 2:13 pm Any one know the cost for a concrete step and wooden step, i remember reading it in this forum but couldn't find the post Re: Building with Wisdom Homes 13938Jan 19, 2019 2:28 pm ASJ1981 ASJ1981 Hi Becks, I'm going through my Construction Plans right now and noticed the same as you - the window sill heights in butler's pantry is 910mm and kitchen is 930mm. Both were 910mm in the Pre Submission Plans and i figured out why.... Looking at my Timpelle Kitchen Plans, the kitchen benchtop height is 930mm and the butlers pantry benchtop height is 910mm. So the benchtops in both kitchen and butlers are different heights and also the benchtops run into the window sill. Does that make sense? Sorry if it doesn't. I'm already on my 3rd glass of wine. Lol. Now I am wondering why my kitchen and Butler's pantry benchtops are at different heights. Does anyone know why? Oh I have figured out why the 20mm difference in benchtop heights - it is because my Butler's pantry Ceasarstone is 20mm as opposed to 40mm in kitchen. Hey ASJ1981, thanks for looking into it for me! I checked mine too when the issue first arose and our Bench heights are both 930mm. Why is your Butler stone 20mm? I thought the Signature package included 40mm throughout? We are up to our 3rd draft and things are still incorrect so we’ve arranged to sort it out face to face. I’m so disappointed that our hopes of getting in by Xmas are well and truly dashed Re: Building with Wisdom Homes 13939Jan 19, 2019 2:33 pm thanks,do u remember how long it going to take? Like start to real build something~~ Manhattan52 melindaz Hi all,we already signed the final end panel and waiting for bank to approve the home loan!any one know what's next step and when they will start to work onsite? Sometimes it's really hard to explain it on email and even by phone. You would still be in by this year's Christmas, right?! I'm on Luxury package and the Butler's Pantry we only added - so it is an upgrade for a full fitout. Due to budget and costs we chose 20mm Ceasartstone only for the Butler's. Can someone please offer some advice? Im DESPERATE. Because I'm completely and utterly exhausted. How long are variations taking with other companies at the moment?
