Hopefully someone else can chip in and provide a more concrete response, as our cost breakdown has other things bundled in so it's tough to determine the exact cost difference - but it seems around 1.5-2x more expensive than render. At a guess, although the cladding itself isn't super expensive, there's a bit involved with labour, as a carpenter needed to build the frame which is fixed to the brickwork underneath the cladding.
