My skirting and architraves were installed today and there are lots of small gaps, I know the builder will just fill them with flexible sealant, but is there any standard for what is an acceptable gap?
I replaced skirtings in an old house a while ago and they were far worse than this (and once I filled you couldn't notice), but is this normal in a new house?
Thanks
A few of these

This is the worst. I didn't notice that the wall was crooked until the the skirting was installed (it is in the pantry, so in an out of the way place)
