Four bedrooms a lot of towels linen and dirty clothes to carry downstairs . Good resale adding value item. Small loss of space low cost. Great idea, added a chute by reducing Ens2 shower as it is currently 1.8m. So I will have a door for the chute on the hallway. But I would suggest bringing the master bedroom double doors forward, in line with the hallway linen. It will make your hallway shorter, and will also make your master suite feel even bigger.
