Also data points are hard to check as we have no Nbn service yet. When did you apply for NBN ? Optus (we r on a 24 month contract that started Jan18) are saying for me that I need to give them a move date and then only they will allocate a technician to reinstall PCD and then transfer my NBN from the rental to there. Can anyone provide guidance or workarounds https://r.tapatalk.com/shareLink?url=ht ... are_type=t Telstra were equally painful. We went with TPG, connection set up the same day and modem arrived ready to go a few days later. No technician required. Re: Building with Metricon 8149Dec 07, 2018 9:35 am Drew01 Here's a few pointers... If you get timber stacker does, make sure the seals are installed. Every insect in our neighbourhood is coming for a visit at night, as ours weren't installed... And check your TV outlets... None of the three we have work... We've got very disappointed 6 year olds tonight!! How does it work with installing the seal to stacker doors ? I also asked M to install seal to front door, Internal access and external access but they said they dont install seals to doors. I was offered ADSL, which isn't happening, and after the money we've spent on the new build, I'll be damned if I'm having an overhead service to the house Our Bayside KDR Thread: viewtopic.php?f=31&t=78298 Re: Building with Metricon 8153Dec 08, 2018 8:51 am Drew01 Wild Drew01 Here's a few pointers... It's not overly confusing, but I do work in the industry, so have some insights. Our area isn't scheduled for NBN build until 2020/2021, and the cable services are still all overhead, so I've got to work the system for the outcome I want... Until NBN takes over the infrastructure where we are, I have to work with Telstra I have an ace card I haven't yet played which is Foxtel cable, so I may have to resort to that, depending on which Telstra division will do the civil works for the least money. Front door = charcoal stained Garage = knotwood wenge Bricks = Austral access chestnut Roof = colour bond monument Gutters down pipes = Monument Windows = Black First floor colour = Grey pebble as recommend by M colour consultant but I am not confident with this colour choice which is going on the first floor as ground floor is all brick.
