Browse Forums Bathrooms and Laundry 1 Dec 06, 2018 8:41 pm Hi. I'm new so be kind. I'm thinking of managing our reno myself. Coordinating trades etc. I have 3 bathroom to be redone and have come up with a very loose budget for trades. All 3 are not overly big (average 5sqm). 1 involves no moving of plumbing/electrics, 1 moving a few things and 1 moving quite a bit. So my 'loose' budget for trades per bathroom is: Plumbing $2k Electrics $1k Tiling $3k Demo $1k Waterproofing $1k Carpenter/Painter/Handyman $2k so $10k average per bathroom....... Any thoughts? Am I crazy thinking this is achievable. The bathroom that require the most work has good sub floor access. Many Thanks Re: Bathroom reno costs 2Dec 06, 2018 8:50 pm Also we will do all at the same time (with kitchen and most surfaces).
