There have been a few issues, but they have been dealt with. They have also responded well to the Darbecca reports. I have gone in with the attitude that things won't be 100% with a volume builder, and also that in general they want to do what is good and easy for them, not necessarily for me.... so I am very involved in the detail. I visit the site just about every day - live just around the corner fortunately and pass on my way home from work. In retrospect we should have pushed a bit harder for some for the extra changes we wanted - they didn't say they couldn't do them, but were just taking ages to get back so we left it as we just wanted to move on They don’t sound too bad.
