Rating P seems to cover many different things but mine are from trees and wetness of the Soil or something like that... but the damn trees are 40 meters away from where the house would be... then there's some trees in the avenue across the road.... so on that side of the house its 13 meters to our fence - 5 meters nature strip - road then the avenue... so around 30 meters away from where our house would be... like wtf? ... we've got a flat firm site and then find out we are classed P... its like everyone you "employ" to help you out end up stitching you up... so anyways ... they want a H2 slab as follows..
