The one I have gone for an allum one 2.4x3.6 biparting door . This has got four panels and opens in the middle. Upgrade price $580. Hope this helps. From what I see, $4500 for the upgrade of 4.1 m door is way too much. Easier said than done, Post handover, will always end up costing you more in structural lintels, fixings, Flashing, etc Unless you plan for it. What you want to avoid is ongoing maintenance after installing you new doors.
