We have over 2 metres of slope, M class slab and we are around the 20k mark. I would be beside myself if site costs came in at 135k.

After having many different tenders over the past few months, I won't name who, but we got a tender today with 135k in site costs, including council requirements etc.... All this for a slightly sloping block, ie 1-1.1m fall to the left, no rock and an M class slab. I think the biggest mistake was that they didnt include to remove the retaining wall we had asked, so they decided to make it a split level design rather than talk to me.... He says if he doesn't like the person or the job he quotes astronomically and you wouldn't believe how often they accept it.
