Perpends not filled in the inside face wall.
Not enough mortar bed in some areas.
Outside wall looks ok.
Are these brickworks within the todays industry standard practises?
Do I have a case against the builder?
Building with project home builder in Sydney.

Welcome to the forum
If you don't have your engineering Drawings I suggest you get a copy of them, refer to the Masonry section in the Engineering notes.Check building location for Mortar classification ie Coastal -> M4 etc, etc
Generally the vertical perpends are filled, basically you will need an Engineer to check it against AS3700 Masonry codes for compliance. Good luck
