Kellyville - Balmoral Road Release 273Sep 30, 2018 12:50 am BVN BCMPS Is this part of fair trading jurisdiction if we want to pursue legal action? I think we are all over reacting....if we think logically that Developer owns 4 lots for CC and by not registering or delaying does he not loose the income ? There are genuine issues on CC and been sorted now. So assuming that council submission happens in couple of weeks then 6wks for LPI, we are looking around dec or early next yr. Also there is no market for selling these blocks above 1.2m as Murphy struggling to sell their 40 odd lots and if i’m a developer would try to register ASAP with the current market trend. Hi BVN, why do you say there is no market for selling these lots above $1.2 mill ? Didn’t a block in garden view sell for $1.3 mill and one on cedar cutters sell for $1.26 mill a few weeks ago? I am asking, as I am putting an offer for a lot so wondering what would be reasonable ! (This ones on free settlers) ! Much appreciated mate Re: Land Registration? Kellyville - Balmoral Road Release 274Sep 30, 2018 11:14 am Manny, it's a very strange time out there in real estate land at the moment. Have you had an opportunity to look at yesterday's Sydney home auction results? Sitting on top of this are indications/projections that residential building approvals are sliding away. Time for short arms, long pockets? Re: Land Registration? Kellyville - Balmoral Road Release 275Sep 30, 2018 12:22 pm kks Manny, it's a very strange time out there in real estate land at the moment. Have you had an opportunity to look at yesterday's Sydney home auction results? Sitting on top of this are indications/projections that residential building approvals are sliding away. Time for short arms, long pockets? I did ! It was less than 50% (I thought it was due to long weekend though). So in your opinion, what price would you think is reasonable in that area/what would be a bargain? Do you think prices will come below $1.2 in that area - because I have no urgency in buying ! Cheers for all your opinions - much appreciated Re: Land Registration? Kellyville - Balmoral Road Release 280Oct 03, 2018 8:56 am I just rang council they said a preliminary check has been done and there is a long list of things the developer still needs to to do to comply in order for the subdivision to be approved Also asked about the daycare and they said there is no final decision on that either so it’s not approved.
