After our tender disaster with Henley, we ended up going with Urbanedge as the wifey got fixated on the Autern 6-54 plan. I must admit thought that the plan is really nice even though it’s a bit big & pricey for us.
The thing I loved about the plan was that it makes optimal use of a 16 meter wide block by taking the entire width and leaving ample room for a decent backyard.
We started the process with the sales agent in November 2017 and took us a while to get fixed costs upfront for the things we really wanted i.e. a Raft Slab & bricks to entire first floor in-lieu of foam.
Default plan with shower to powder option:

Structural changes we've added:
- extended the ground floor home office into the entry, making enough room for a bedroom
- moved plumbing stack in home office to be integrated into the wall between home office & theater
- added shower to powder
Keeping the facade as default too (below) as it looks quite nice..

We are past the sales stage now, with the file being passed onto their admin team. Tender is approaching soon and we need to get onto pre-selecting the colors. On the brighter side, their suppliers are same as Henley, so we might copy paste most of the colors.
